Therapeutic Support
We provide support to students in a range social contexts, but most commonly within their education setting. Providing support in this way allows students coaching within their social setting, and also increases the opportunity for the student to generalise skills in other settings.
We use our teaching skills to work collaboratively with your child’s educators and create individualised programs to address developmental priorities.
We provide educators with effective evidenced-based strategies to build their capacity to meet the diverse needs of their learners in accessing the curriculum and enabling inclusion.
We work collaboratively with you, your child and their educators to achieve your child's NDIS goals.
We work within a strength-based model and support children with various areas of challenge and concern such as: Transition to a new school/near school year - (kindergaren to primary school and primary to high school) Social skill development (making and maintaining friends, conversation skills, positive problem solving for example) Emotional and sensory regulation Flexible thinking School attendance/refusal Organisation and Executive Functioning.
